WEEK 4: Indulgent & Introspective
This week, famously known
as your premenstrual week, lasts from Day 23 to Day 28 or
the end of your monthly cycle. Your estrogen, testosterone
and progesterone plunge. This deep dive may trigger
premenstrual syndrome (PMS), which includes bouts of
teariness and irritability. But, it's not all bad. This
week, your plunging estrogen makes you more creative and
intuitive. You're also more likely to face the issues and
problems in your life that you've been putting off or
